Electrical Inspection Condition Report

Our team can provide EICR inspections and testing in line with the EICR regulations. The regulations state that all private landlords must have the electrical installation's at their properties tested every 5 years. Landlords must also provide a copy of the electrical safety report to their tenants and the local authority if requested. We would also recommend customers have an EICR done when selling or buying a new property.

If any additional works are identified in the EICR report, we will be happy to help.
